Hi everyone. It’s been a long time since I interacted with you. But I am going to make sure that henceforth I do it regularly. In context to the previous blog I am going to keep my promise and share different yogic techniques that too specifically aimed for men, women and kids respectively. Considering the age factor, the lifestyle and the gender I will discuss with you definite and easy-to-do exercises to keep you healthy. Again by health I do not simply mean physical health. A person may have a herculean physique but if he lacks mental clarity and emotional maturity then overall the person is not healthy. 

Likewise a person with a good intellect say for example a studious and intelligent kid is so devoted to his studies that he neglects his physical health and undermines its importance and will certainly grow into a weakling (physically) and not be able to sustain in the highly competitive world – the very purpose for which it seems to him that he should focus only on studies and nothing else. Today studies have proved that a good physical health is conducive to mental health. It’s a healthy mind in the healthy body.

Talking about the career woman today it is evident how many roles she has to play. She is a daughter, a mother, a wife, a daughter-in-law and a working woman above all. The expectations come from every quarter. Such a multi-tasking person definitely deserves to take care of her own health while catering to everybody’s needs.
In a nutshell everyone must take care of his/her own health in the best possible way. Be strong.
